“Young BREaD” Pages
We have been busy trying to complete new pages especially for young people under 18 years old. We hope these will be of interest and useful. The focus is very much upon how to care for yourself well. We have also included a personal story about recovering from eating distress and some Internet links that we hope may be of help too.
We would especially like to thank the volunteer who has spent hours designing the pages and helping to get it all ready. We just have the links page to finish but the rest is up and running!
